The rooms are well furnished and neat with a balcony. the location is great, just a short walk away from a Ukrainian museum. - Everyone who works in the hotel is very courteous and friendly.

Well furnished and a nice size room with a large bathroom and it's own balcony and Wi-Fi. The views over courtyard. Location next to Nivki metro station, and Metro and two supermarkets...

The location of the hotel is great, being not far from a metro station and only 6-7 stops away from the city center. It is convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with big beds and plenty of space. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the view over the garden is beautiful.

The lack of breakfast provision is a downside, as guests have to self-cater.

The room had a balcony and the kitchen was equipped with a fridge and a microwave oven.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in a quiet and safe area. The staff, especially Miss Nastya, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom, balcony, and comfortable bed. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop and the price for a taxi to the city center was very reasonable. I felt secure even when taking a taxi at 3am. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Every room at Petrani Nivki has all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, TV, and a private bathroom. It's so convenient and comfortable for my family. Certain rooms even have a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and stovetop. It's like having a home away from home. The rooms are equipped with slippers, which is a nice touch of comfort after a long day of exploring. The balcony with a garden view adds a refreshing touch to the overall ambiance of the room. I loved that every room has a desk, perfect for catching up on work or planning our day.

Personally, I found the washing machine in the apartment a bit noisy. However, others may not mind it as it is just a minor inconvenience.

Staff provides excellent service - including calling taxis - giving price quotes, and ensuring guests' safety. Balcony - large bathroom, and comfortable bed in the room.
